Amazon 1-Click Issues

So @amazon claims its order system is not having problems. Yet a TV was ordered on my account today.
Related: Amazon's response to any order problem is, paraphrasing, "You have 1-Click enabled and you're dumb."
@kylemaguir I ordered one three days ago. The website then decided, through no action on my part, that I needed a second one today.
*sigh* @amazon: "You must have placed this order. It could not have happened on its own."
Exact quote from @amazon rep: "it was placed by 1 click because it won't be possible that order placed by own."
Also related: Every @amazon rep I talked to this week is unaware of how 1-Click actually works.
Geesh, @amazon support people. How many times do I have to say, "I wasn't even on your site today, so it wasn't me 'accidentally' ordering"?
@zacwest No, they don't understand that you can have multiple payment methods and addresses configured for 1-Click, and choose between them.
@danielpunkass No, I think they were trying to fix a bug with 1-Click I experienced earlier this week, and someone accidentally re-ordered.
@danielpunkass But no one in the support system has any way to check with the tech team working on the bug.
@danielpunkass (Plus, if my account was hacked, would the hacker really just peruse my history and re-place the most-recent order? ;-))
@jashsf @amazon No one here accessed the account. It was a site bug. Notified them of an issue earlier this week. It's related.
@danielpunkass Nope, a duplicate of an order from two days ago that itself had a problem. I think it was an accidental order they placed.
@jashsf @amazon Yep, that was part of the problem earlier this week. I'd choose Card 1, and the order was placed using Card 2.
@GlennF I was able to escalate to supervisor. Got the same party-line response: Oh, sometimes accidental 1-Click orders happen <headdesk>
@GlennF Sure, but I caught the order before it was shipped. Ironically, because they tried to charge the old CC I told them not to use.
@GlennF Not a problem, they canceled the order. I wanted to find out *why/how*. They blamed it on my accidentally clicking 1-Click.
@GlennF …which is difficult, considering I didn't even visit the site today.
@GlennF The fact that it's an identical copy of an order they had problems with on Tuesday/Wednesday tells me it's a site issue.
